Did you know that MYOB Accounting Version 13 and Premier Version 7 onwards have a built in calculator and calendar within the program?

To access these features:

In any date field, you can...

Press the space bar to bring up a calendar, which you can then use the mouse to move around or you can press the plus key to go forward a day and the minus key to go backwards a day.

In any amount field, you can...

Press the space bar to bring up a calculator, which you can then use the mouse to move around or you can use your numeric key pad to access the functions.

/ is equivalent to the divide key

* is equivalent to the multiply key

When you have finished the calculation, if you press the enter key, MYOB will automatically enter the amount in your transaction.
